General Agreement
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you choose to not read the TOS.I reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.I retain full copyright ownership of all my artworks. A copywrite usage fee is available for clients who want to use their works in stream and/or merchandising.I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes. All Commissioned work will be watermarked to protect them from theft.Please inform me if you wish to keep it hidden, will charge an additional 20% for the price of the work.Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.Do not edit, redistribute the commissioned work without my permission.All Commissioned work cannot be used in NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

Payment
Currency: USDPayment Method: Paypal or Ko-fi (For Paypal users, I will create and send you invoices for payment)FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT IS PREFFERED. However I also accept half of the payment before starting and half AFTER sketch and color. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU AFTER THIS STAGE. Please be certain about your purchase.I am willing to negotiate payment plans on larger orders (Bulk commissions, Print orders or Bulk Print orders). So contact me before commissioning.If I found out halfway through the commission that my terms have been broken, I have the right to either terminate the commission without refund and/or charge you a kill fee of 150% of the FINAL commission price if you still want the artwork (WITH WATERMARK) and I will blacklist you for future commissions.
Work Flow and Updates
Workflow:
I. Once you have commissioned me (Full payment or Half) I will require you to send me references (photos, videos or media) and inspiration for what you want. During this stage you can discuss and barter prices with me but know I have the right to decline them depending on how much work you going to put me through.
II. When working on your commission, you can edit 3 times only when sketch. If there is more request of edit, there will be an additional charge.
III. My Art process is Sketch > Line art > Color > Detail > Complete
IV. Please feel free to ask/ provide feedback for adjustments, to ensure the quality of the final work. Note: Small revisions is fine. For anything MAJOR I only allow 2 revisions, more than that will be an extra charge. Major revisions are changes that affect the entire design, composition and look of the commission.Updates: Depending on the commission type and my present workload keeping in mind that I have a farm that I take care of, I work for Streamers as well and my mental health. Commissions can take from 1-3 weeks. If work duration is predicted to be over 1-3 weeks, I will notify the commissioner before proceeding. I will keep clients updated whenever I can, please note that constantly badgering me in my socials or email for updates will not help in speeding up the process of finishing your commission, you're just distracting me from my work and ruining my work flow.
Refunds and Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time if I cannot complete it for any reason. A full refund will be provided.Client is free to cancel only when I have not started on sketching their commission. This is a case to case basis and can be further discussed.If the client decides to cancel a commission that has been drawn AFTER the sketching phase,the client will be charged a cancelations fee based on hours worked.As stated above in PAYMENT - NO REFUNDS possible after delivering final project files.Clients who make a chargeback via Paypal WITHOUT DISCUSSION will be blacklisted publically with reason.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
